| i guess i have to be the one to point these things out... but i was flipping channels the other day and the grammys were on. mariah carey was singing... and she looked soooo flippin' stupid!!! what is the deal with the hand motions she makes? it's like every movement of her left hand was choreographed! if i saw someone doing that anywhere else i'd call the paramedics cuz i'd b thinking she was having some kind of seizure. and when did she change? i remember when she talked like a white girl. yeah, she's talented, but i just wish she'd go away.

| erwin mcmanus wrote that the moment we stop growing is the moment we begin to die (the unstoppable force). i believe that to be true. i've thought about that a lot lately. i began to think about jimmynoshoes, my online identity. this is who i have been for the past 5 years. but it's not really who i am anymore. so who am i becoming? i'm not really sure. all i know is that God has been doing many things in me. some times i don't even recognize myself. sure, the core of who i am is the same. but there are things about me that have changed drastically. as a result i'm going on a journey. it''s a quest to find out who i am now and who God is making me into. therefore i'd like to invite you on this new journey. i can be found at http://www.xanga.com/jimmyconqueso i may occasionally write from the perspective of jimmynoshoes, it depends on my mood. but i'm interested to see where i'm going. c'mon along, i could use the company, help, and prayers as i try to become the man God wants me to be.
